Geothermal Heating & Cooling is recommended. Banbury Cross has a 30,000 gallon fire protection cistern with two fire hydrants. Fire protection is through South Metro. Each home must be equipped with an internal fire sprinkler system.
Banbury Cross Development Company has created Design Guidelines to protect and enhance the quality of life for all owners. The Banbury Cross Home Owners Association has been established for ongoing oversight and management of the property. A few select builders have been aprroved by Banbury Cross as custom builders who understand the importance of the community guidelines outlined for the properties.
